Vibrant Celebrations at the 21st Annual Functions of the Swara Music Academy in Dallas, with Guests V.N. Aditya, Chandra Bose, and R.P. Patnaik
Dr. Meenakshi Anipindi, the organizer of the Swara Music Academy in Dallas, USA, successfully conducted the 21st annual celebrations on Sunday (May 5). These grand events, held at the Grand Center Auditorium, were graced by prominent personalities from Dallas as well as several Tollywood celebrities. Among the distinguished guests were Shri Prasad Totakura, Chairman of the World Literature Forum, and Mr. Gopal Ponangi, a member of the Indo-American Council in Dallas, along with leading entrepreneur Mr. Kishore Kancherla, Mrs. Sharada Singireddy, and Mr. Prakash Rao.
Noteworthy Tollywood figures including eminent music composer Chandra Bose, music director R.P. Patnaik, and director V.N. Aditya attended the celebrations as special guests. They joined in the festivities, delighting the audience with their presence and participation.
Dr. Meenakshi Anipindi showcased the talents of her students in seven segments, presenting over 30 traditional musical compositions. The cultural extravaganza, which continued uninterrupted for 10 hours, enthralled the audience with its rich repertoire of classical music performances.
Chandra Bose was honored with the title “Swara Sahitya Kalanidhi” while R.P. Patnaik was conferred with the title “Swara Nadanidhi” in recognition of their contributions to the world of music. The event was hosted by Ms. Kumarisamhitha Anipindi and Mrs. Pratyusha.
